I am new to OKC and it’s hard to find good reputable doctors in cities that you are unfamiliar with. Often, I go by published reviews to make decisions. I decided to give Pragma Dental a try. And from the initial visit, I loved this practice! The staff, the office manager, the hygienists…everyone is amazing! They treated me ( and by observation, every single patient that walked in) like royalty. As you enter through their doors they welcome you with the royal red ropes! Just like a celebrity in Hollywood!! Their office has a sophisticated modern look, which is inviting. But Dr. Kristin Kratzer is my favorite! She is professional, knowledgeable, explains everything in simple terms, listens to my needs/concerns every time without rushing our appointment session. Dr. Kratzer even sent me a phone/video recording to check on me and ensure that my new Invisalign’s are working great! WHO ELSE DOES THAT? I was in awe! … If you are looking for a new dentist office, you are up for a treat! (NOT TO MENTION all the “a la cart perks” they offer to you- free of charge- to make you feel comfortable and like royalty during your visit!This is not a paid advertisement - only my experience and review.- M. This was my third time coming in, and I have to say I’ve never been to a dental office with such a caring and friendly team. Going to the dentist isn’t always the most comfortable experience, but they really go out of their way to make sure you’re okay and feel taken care of.Dr. Kaylee and her assistant Ally worked on me this time, and they were both amazing. Hands down the BEST dentist ever! Super cute office, you are treated like a VIP from the moment you walk into the space. The receptionist knows you by name, they hand you the cutest menu so you can customize your experience. Water.. “still or sparkling”, blanket… “warm and soft or slightly weighted”… are your hands feeling a little dry? Umm how about a paraffin wax dip while your teeth are getting cleaned?!” Oh and need to catch up on your favorite Netflix show while they work? Boom, they’ve got you covered. I mean seriously look no further, you’ve found your dentist.It’s honestly next level and a little retreat for yourself. I actually look forward to going to the dentist… now if I can only remember to floss daily 😬.

I came to Pragma Dental for a simple cleaning and to establish care, but I was completely blown away by their kindness, competence, and attention to comfort. They went above and beyond to offer multiple options to ensure I was relaxed — options I’ve never seen offered at other dental offices.The space itself is modern, clean, and welcoming. I saw Dr. K and Crystal for my cleaning, and both were absolutely wonderful. They took the time to explain everything they were doing during the visit, what services the office offers, and what I could expect for future care. Pragma is amazing from the moment you walk in. I have dental anxiety and they were so amazing and accommodating. I had a great first experience at Pragma Dental!Before the appointment started, I was offered a selection of comfort items. I chose the heated neck pillow, water, and a paraffin wax hand treatment! Lindsay took care of everything, and my hands were so soft afterward!Gabrielle was the hygienist I worked with, and she was fantastic. She worked thoroughly, but efficiently. She always kept my comfort top of mind, and made me feel at ease for the duration of the appointment.Dr. K was top notch as well. She actually sat down with me to discuss previous dental experiences, and offered me new ideas to reach my smile goals. I have been going to Pragma Dental for a little over 7 years now. I initially started with Dr. Jun and Krystin. They both were so welcoming and a pleasure to be around- it felt like being at home. Elizabeth sets the tone when I walk in with her kind and generous welcoming spirit along with Miranda who keeps a smile on my face from the moment I walk in and until I leave. Dr. K has taken over my dental care and I did not disapporve because the service has continued to be exceptional. Maison, RDH is amazing, I highly recommend her if you are looking for a new dentist! Maison is so friendly and sweet and very patient; answers all your questions and really educates you on your treatment plan. I really appreciate the time she took with the x rays and pointing out areas of treatment and didn’t make me feel rushed. Maison has been so flexible in fitting me into her schedule and making time for my cleanings so that I am able to get my teeth whitening treatment before my Sept 22nd wedding which is so refreshing. I honestly really enjoyed my first visit here. I had some difficult permanent retainer spacers that needed to come off and Dr. Kaylee did a great job removing them and was very nice and accommodating. Gabrielle did all my X-rays and was super friendly and nice to talk to. And my cleaning was done by Maison who did a really great job and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I would recommend this office to anyone!

I started going to Pragma dental a little over a year ago after my long time dentist sold her practice and the new team wasn’t the same and there was so much turnover, billing issues and I felt like they were always selling me.I absolutely love Pragma! When you walk in it feels more like a spa than a dental office but the entire staff is professional and knowledgeable about dental treatments and your insurance. They are concerned with comfort and treat patients with kindness and truly show they care. My hygienist Crystal is wonderful and so is Dr. K. I never feel like I am being sold anything just cared for and educated. Not scolded or preached to either. I have some “watch” areas but they aren’t rushing me into expensive treatments.I can’t say enough good things about this dental practice! From check in, treatment, to billing, every step of the way has been a positive experience!

New to OK & I searched for Biomimetric dentistry. While they don’t *technically* promote holistic dentistry, they are a whole health + your mouth matters business that has designed a space that hits all potential reasons one would be anxious about dentist trips.I personally am recovering from the hardest trauma of my life and I came in for a cleaning and was offered their new Comfort Menu- complete with options for sparkling water, paraffin wax dips, aromatherapy and of course Netflix and headphones! I don’t remember the last time I was allowed to just watch a show- while being productive! So grateful I found them and they take new patients.Treatment wise: Exhaustive in their options and I just cannot tell you how much I loved them all! We work with Dr. K and have had a handful of other queens: Ally started us and then we had 3 diff cleaners. Thank you so much for listening, finding our best solutions and offering such a relaxing space.Edit: 05/2025 super bummed. I was up all night w a really sick kiddo and called to reschedule right at the 24 hour mark prior to my appt. I was told $300 to cancel or reschedule and while I understand the doctor slotted me for work. It’s sickness. It bums me out I have to figure out how to make sure I’m not barfing tom in order to make our appointment. There should be a caveat for when you’re a mom to or sick. I let the receptionist know we will pry be moving elsewhere now bc I hate I have to choose work over my sick kid and or go in feeling absolutely horrible for 3 hours of work. I don’t have an additional $300 to drop just to reschedule. How unfortunate. 🙁

They got me in very quickly, which I really appreciated.On my first visit, I saw Dr. Kaylee Ring and Ally both of whom were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, patient, and really helped ease my nerves. When I returned for a procedure, I was treated by Dr. Kate Ring and Gabrielle, and they were just as amazing. Dr. Grace and her staff are so welcoming and kind the second you step foot inside their office! The space is beyond clean and decorated very well. I always look forward to my dental appointments at Pragma. Krystin has been my hygienist since I started going here. She’s great at her job, always makes me feel comfortable, and is easy to chat with. I’ve seen both Dr. Jun and Dr. K and they’ve been great. This is a place where you’ll also be pampered. I cannot recommend this dental office enough! I've been going here for 2 years and have never had a bad experience. The space is beautiful, clean and comfortable. You are greeted with a comfort menu when you get back to the room which includes things like a warm blanket, eye mask, water, Netflix with headphones and earplugs. My dental hygienist is Krystin and she does such a good job with each cleaning and is so thorough. She is always giving me tips for better cleaning and hygiene between cleans and I can tell she really cares! The whole visit is efficient and pleasant and the whole staff really make going to the dentist a good experience!

It's kind of like a spa for your teeth. Going to the dentist is not ever something I look forward to due to the absolute unpleasantness of having someone’s hands in my mouth stretching, digging, and drilling. I have not had a cleaning in almost 5yrs nor been to the dentist. The woman dominated practice is what really attracted me to Pragma, since all of my other experiences have been men of whom were not gentle nor skilled in their craft. Dentistry is an art and the staff at Pragma truly embody that. My dental hygienist, Krystin was not judgemental nor condescending when she examined my deeply neglected teeth. She provided gentle reassurance and expert practice to get me back to where I needed. My dentist Dr Kay Ring was completely transparent and conservative with what needed to be done and what we could try to prevent. She’s a true artist and took the absolute unpleasantness of drilling/shaping/adjusting. Her dental assistant, Gabrielle was so attentive and comforting during the long appointment. Three hours of work was completely manageable! Highly recommend this practice! Everyone is so kind and they have many comforts in place to keep you relaxed all through the appointment.

Having some tooth pain finally convinced me it was time, so I made an appointment with Pragma and I am so glad I did. I was taken back by Gabrielle and she was so kind and sweet, and when asking about my dental history, my emotions got the better of me, and she stopped entering information and came to sit with me and just listened. I was so very impressed with her and her gentleness! While I waited for the doctor I was offered anything I wanted from the comfort menu and the office manager also came in to introduce herself. Dr. Ring was so kind and personable, and explained everything in detail that I would need to have done. I was then helped by Gabby who explained all the financial details to me and helped me get my treatments scheduled. Everything was transparent and she was willing to explain anything I had questions about. A wonderful experience and a place I can't recommend enough especially if you'd had past trauma from going to the dentist!
