I suffer from legit Dentiphobia and had not been to the dentist for over two years. I heard about Pragma Dental from a friend, so I reluctantly made an appointment.The day finally came to go in, and I thought hard about skipping out. Well...I kept the appointment and faced the music of not having been to a dentist for too long.Honestly, this was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. Everyone there was fantastic. From the time I walked through the front door until I was smiling on my way out, I found everyone kind, hospitable, and full of good energy.Krystin, my hygienist, was absolutely the best. She explained everything about today's procedures and what we needed going forward. I needed a serious cleaning ( I hadn't had my teeth cleaned for over two years), and it went beyond well. I didn't experience any of the issues that kept me from wanting to see a dentist.Dr. Kratzer was also fantastic. She was aware of my dentophobia and anxiety and took the time to explain things to me and help me overcome my dental fears and insecurity. She genuinely cared about me and my dental health. She also understood my financial situation and gave me a plan to get things done over time.After my experience today, I no longer have dentophobia and will no longer hate going to the dentist.I'm so glad I was told about Pragma Dental! And did I mention how cool their space is!

We recently moved to OKC and a friend recommended Pragma Dental. In the midst of getting regular checkups scheduled I cracked a crown. Dr. Hand and the Pragma team scheduled me the next day and were able to remove, create and set the new crown in a few hours. I am beyond pleased with the care I received at Pragma.I went in for a crown and some cosmetic work with Dr. Hand, and she was everything you'd hope for in a dentist. She was professional, kind, thoughtful and incredibly skilled. She and her assistant, Hannah, walked me through the entire process, always making sure I was comfortable and pain free. One of the best parts was leaving with a permanent crown same day! No temporary, no waiting weeks for a lab. Such a game changer.From check-in to check-out, the entire staff was warm and welcoming. It felt more like a spa than a visit to the dentist, but not in a pretentious way. Hannah was a gem, she made me feel so comfortable and not at all judged. Dr. Kratzer offered to come in early to fit my procedure in before my current insurance expired. This is a stellar group of people who seem to genuinely care about their patients and I have already recommended them to my fiancé as well as other family & friends.

Dr. Ring at Pragma Dental is incredible! She went out of her way to help me. I had a fractured root and was in so much pain. She made sure I had an antibiotic and pain medication. She had to pull my tooth. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing! She never once hurt me. She checked with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. Her assistant Hannah was amazing as well! I have a bad gag reflex. I never once gagged. They are amazing! I highly recommend Pragma Dental! You will not be disappointed!!

I have elite-level dental anxiety. Olympic qualifying. Didn’t start that way - I was fine as a kid a loved following the blue line to the dental chair- until a wildly unethical dentist in Norman told me I needed a root canal on a tooth that had NEVER had a cavity. Long story short: the tooth died, got extracted, and somehow doofus took the floor of my sinus with it, leaving an open passage between my mouth and my head. 0/10, do not recommend.After that? I avoided dentists like they were haunted houses full of my ex-wives. You could only get me in a chair if I was sedated and possibly lied to about what day it was.Enter Pragma.These people figured out something simple no dentist ever had: sometimes adults just need to be treated like anxious lapdogs. Lindsey and the team basically hand me the adult version of a fidget spinner - stress balls, blankets, warm neck things, gentle distractions - all the stuff I didn’t know I desperately needed and that were so simple. It sounds small, but when your nervous system is in full DEFCON 1, a well-timed “SQUIRREL” moment makes all the difference.For the first time in years, I can get a cleaning without sedation and “having a driver.” That’s huge. If dental anxiety has ever ruined your day (or decade), check them out….it might work for you too.
